This morning, between roughly 04:20 AM and 04:40 AM CDT errors were observed in the Chargify application after a standard application deployment and our attempts to roll that release back were initially unsuccessful. We immediately engaged all necessary Engineering resources to work the issue and restored application functionality. The root cause has been identified and steps are being taken to prevent this error from occurring again in the future.
